Evaluation rubric — sample
Score one point for each “yes.” Use the result to choose the next intervention, not to create a new identity. This page previews the scoring scale and the first two sections (Chassis and Dependence). The full six-section rubric ships as Appendix C in the ebook.
Scoring
0–3 = stable. Maintain function and pick the smallest useful improvement.
4–7 = leaking. One subsystem is draining the rest; patch the biggest leak.
8+ = system drift. Stop optimizing the story and stabilize the operating conditions.
Chassis
Dependence
Four more sections in the ebook
The full rubric continues across Environment, Conflict / relationships, Decision hygiene, and Meaning / ritual. These four sections complete the twelve-prompt scoring set and ship together as Appendix C in the ebook.
- → Environment — are the cues, defaults, and friction silently driving the behavior?
- → Conflict / relationships — has misunderstanding been separated from betrayal and abuse?
- → Decision hygiene — is a charismatic story being weighed as evidence?
- → Meaning / ritual — is there a recurring practice that turns values into behavior?
Choose one intervention, not three.
